FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per December 17 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5508.50 crore against gross selling of Rs 5745.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 237.30 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross buying was of Rs 823.70 crore against gross selling of Rs 981.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 157.40 crore in debt.
