FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 19 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5279.50 crore against gross sell of Rs 3393.50 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1886.00 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1651.00 crore with gross sales of Rs 491.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1159.90 crore in debt.
