Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC), the country’s premier housing finance entity has unveiled a ‘Winter Bonanza’ for home loan customers effective from December 20, 2013 under which loans up to Rs 75 lakh will be available at 10.25% as against 10.75%. This is a limited period offer and is valid for all new applications submitted before January 31, 2014.
