Credit rating agency, CRISIL has reaffirmed ‘AA+/stable’ rating to Rs 128 crore long-term bank facilities of Bayer Cropscience. The rating agency has also reaffirmed ‘A1+’ rating to the company’s short term debt facility worth Rs 200 crore.
The company has received the said rating on the back of its healthy position in the Indian agrochemicals market, the operational and product support it receives from its parent Bayer AG and its strong financial risk profile.
Bayer CropScience is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of crop-protection solutions, and trades in seeds on behalf of group company Bayer Bioscience.
