According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 481.99 crore in index futures and options segments as per Friday’s data, January 3, 2014.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 608.74 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1090.73 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 305.15 crore, while they also sold stock options worth Rs 26.22 crore.
