Accentia Technologies has designed and developed ‘Nirbhaya’ safety communication devices for the safety of women and children, which will be launched on a pan-India basis in the month of January 2014. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 06, 2014 has considered and approved for the same.
The board also considered and approved the launch of an innovative product for Indian physicians named ‘DoctorPad’ to manage patients’ healthcare records, which will be cloud-based to give 100% mobility to the physiciams. This will be launched in the last week of January 2014.
Besides, the board also considered various funding options to raise funds to implement the company’s current business plans in India, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, and approved issue on preferential basis to various investors, subject to the approval of shareholders and all other requisite authorities.
