According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 559.89 crore in index futures and options segments as per Friday’s data, January 10, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 145.19 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 414.70 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 28.39 crore, while they also sold stock options worth Rs 118.54 crore.
