Innoventive Venture has decided to incorporate a private limited company within the meaning of the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and to the extend of applicable provision of the Companies Act, 2013. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 10, 2014 has approved for the same. The said company shall be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
