Tilaknagar Industries, one of the leading players in the Indian alcoholic beverage industry and manufacturers of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) has received an approval to exit from its non-core business of P.P. Caps Manufacturing and Printing.
The board of directors has approved for the proposal for sale of P.P. Caps Manufacturing and Printing division of the company and approved for divestment of the entire stake held by the company in P.P. Caps, a wholly owned subsidiary.
Tilaknagar Industries is one of the renowned Indian Made Foreign Liquor players including whisky, brandy, gin, rum and vodka with presence across India. The company manufactures markets and sells more than 40 brands across all price points.
