FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per January 15 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5362.00 crore against gross sell of Rs 5190.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 171.80 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 5685.70 crore with gross sales of Rs 396.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 5289.40 crore in debt.
