Unichem Laboratories has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The company has reported 5.93% rise in its net profit at Rs 32.14 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 30.34 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 13.90% at Rs 264.90 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 232.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
Unichem Laboratories is engaged in manufacturing formulations, pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The company was promoted by the late Amrut Mody, a pioneer in the Indian pharmaceuticals business.
