Meghmani Finechem (MFL) a subsidiary of Meghmani Organics (MOL) has commenced commercial production of expanded Capacity of Caustic Chlorine to 476 TPD and Captive Power plant at GIDC Dahej to 60 MW capacities on January 20, 2014. As a result in full year of operation of FY 2014-15 MFL will earn estimated revenue of Rs 475 crore and Profit before Tax (PBT) of Rs 75 crore.

Meghmani Organics (MOL) holds 57% of Equity Shares of MFL. MFL on January 6, 2014 had completed expansion of manufacturing capacity of Caustic Chlorine from 340 TPD to 476 TPD and Captive power plant capacity from 40 MW to 60 MW.
