According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 4.97 crore in index futures and options segments as per Tuesday’s data, January 21, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 63.78 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 58.81 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 79.43 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 119.19 crore.
