Physical Rubber prices showed some uptrend on Wednesday

Physical rubber showed some uptrend on Wednesday following a firm closing in domestic futures.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety remained unchanged at Rs 151/kg, while RSS-5 variety improved to 145/kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 144.50/ kg.

In the futures market, contract of February delivery improved to Rs 153.60 compared to its previous close of Rs 152.44, while March delivery closed at Rs 155.81 compared to its previous closing of Rs 154.67 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
