Tata Elxsi was responsible for designing the experiential services for the various consumer touch points at T2 which aims to redefine the passenger experience while enhancing efficiencies and productivity for the airport staff at T2.
GVK has built the new integrated Terminal 2 as an iconic mega structure that will set global benchmarks in airport infrastructure development. It features a highly compact design with the ability to service 40 million passengers annually. Tata Elxsi ensured that the overall design was aligned to reflect GVK’s vision to make CSIA one of the world’s best airports that consistently delights consumers and be the pride of Mumbai and India.
