Rao will continue as managing director and chief executive officer of the company, appointment of H H Haight, as the chairman of the board with effect from December 07, 2011 and appointment of Harit Nagpal as an additional director on the board with effect from December 07, 2011. Harit Nagpal will be an independent director.
