Polymac Thermoformers to hit capital markets on February 6, 2014

Polymac Thermoformers is set to hit the capital markets, through BSE SME, with an initial public offering IPO of 2,200,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating upto Rs 7.70 crore. The issue opens for subscription on February 6, 2014 at a fixed price band of Rs 35 per share, while the public issue will close for subscription on February 10, 2014.

Polymac Thermoformers is engaged in the business of manufacturing disposable plastic products such as plastic glasses, cups, bowls. Company's manufactured disposable cups, glasses are mainly used for food items and are made out of polypropylene or polystyrene sheets.
