Allsec Technologies has received an approval for investment in the share capital of Retreat Capital Management Inc, the subsidiary of the company to the extent of $ 500,000. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 06, 2014 has approved for the same. The company will be proceeding with the necessary formalities to give effect for this proposal.
Allsec Technologies is engaged in the business of providing IT enabled services. The services provided by the company include data verification processing of orders received through telephone calls, telemarketing monitoring quality of calls of other call centers customer services and HR and payroll processing for domestic companies.
