According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 86.34 crore in index futures and options segments as per Thursday’s data, February 6, 2014.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 247.14 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 333.48 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 142.42 crore, while they bought stock options worth Rs 14.50 crore.
