Westlife Development inches higher on BSE

Westlife Development is currently trading at Rs. 360.00, up by 0.05 points or 0.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 359.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 372.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 372.90 and Rs. 360.00 respectively. So far 100010 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 437.50 on 23-Aug-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 63.77 on 08-Feb-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 384.00 and Rs. 336.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5599.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.19 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.50 % and 17.31 % respectively.

Westlife Development's subsidiary - Hardcastle Restaurants (HRPL), a Master Franchisee for west and south India operations of McDonald's Restaurants has launched its first restaurant in Rajkot, the fourth largest city of Gujarat.

McDonald’s foray into Rangilu Rajkot has added to its network of 18 restaurants in Gujarat. Situated at Jupiter Tower, Everest Park, Nanamava on Kalawad Road, the restaurant will employ approximately 80 people, locally. A drive-thru restaurant, spread over an area of 4500 square feet can seat up to 200 guests and will welcome customers every day from 9 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.

Hardcastle Restaurants (HRPL) is a subsidiary of Westlife Development, which focuses on putting up and operating Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) in India. HRPL is a McDonald’s franchisee with rights to own and operate McDonald’s restaurants in India’s west and south markets.
