Infinite Computer Solutions (India) has received an approval for closing down Unified Convergence, a subsidiary of the company incorporated in Mauritius. The company has taken this step since the proposed transfer of investments did not take place. Last year in February, the company had decided to transfer its entire stake held in Infinite Convergence Solutions Inc to Unified Convergence.
The board of directors at its meeting held on February 10, 2014 has approved for the same. Further, Unified Convergence was not capitalized by the company, since its incorporation in January 2013.
Infinite Computer Solution has three main service offerings - Infrastructure Management, Intellectual Property (IP) leveraged solutions and IT services focused on the Telecom and Media, Technology, Manufacturing and Healthcare industry.
