Bacil Pharma has received an approval for sale/lease or otherwise disposal of industrial undertaking of the company consisting of plots of industrial land including factory building and plant & machinery and capital work in progress situated at MIDC, Ratnagiri district. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 14, 2014 has approved for the same and authorized Prakash Shah to take suitable steps in this regard.
Bacil Pharma manufactures bulk pharmaceutical/ chemical manufacturing heavy, medium and fine chemicals. The Lote-Parshuraram plant also has manufacture facility for herbal extract and drug intermediates.
