Mipco Seamless Rings Gujarat has received an approval for the proposed scheme of arrangement involving reduction of capital and merger of Corpus Software with itself. The board at its meeting held on December 09, 2011 has approved for the same.
Further, the company shall be applying to the High Court of Gujarat for the sanction of the scheme.

Mipco Seamless Rings Gujarat has been engaged in the manufacture of rolled rings for bearing races. The manufacturing unit has capacity to manufacture machined and non-machined rolled rings for bearing races.
