Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The company has reported a net loss of Rs 4.76 crore for the quarter as compared to net profit of Rs 10.04 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased by 47.90% at Rs 328.12 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 629.87 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company is engaged in defence, offshore, marine and engineering sectors. The company has two units, one special economic zone (SEZ) unit spread over around 95 hectares of land and another export oriented unit (EOU) spread over around 103.92 hectares of land.
