Lavender Investments has reportedly bought 23.40 lakh shares of Magma Fincorp through open market route. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 66.50 valuing the transaction to Rs 15.56 crore. On the other hand, Macquarie Bank has sold 14.93 lakh shares of the company for an average price of Rs 66.50 through open market route.
Magma Fincorp is a non-deposit taking non-banking finance company (NBFC), registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as an asset finance company. The company, having started operations over two decades back, is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange in India.
