Styrolution ABS (India) surges on concluding 100% acquisition of SIN

Styrolution ABS (India) is currently trading at Rs. 410.00, up by 6.25 points or 1.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 403.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 405.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 410.00 and Rs. 405.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 635.00 on 04-Mar-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 334.05 on 29-Nov-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 410.00 and Rs. 393.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 721 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.03% and 13.97% respectively.

Styrolution ABS (India) has completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Rs 10 each in Styrolution India (SIN). Consequently, SIN has become a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company with effect from March 01, 2014.

Styrolution ABS is engaged in manufacturing and selling acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene and styrene-acrylonitrile and other products to industries, such as consumer durables, automobiles, business machines, telecommunications, electronics, etc.
