Zee Entertainment Enterprises has secured the satellite broadcast rights for Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, Don 2-The Chase Continues, for an estimated amount of Rs 37 crore. However, the company has not revealed the size of the seven year deal, which is perhaps the biggest satellite contract signed by Zee for a film.
Don2, Shah Rukh’s first sequel in his two-decade old career, had wrapped up all pre-release contracts, except the satellite deal.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises is one of India’s leading television media and entertainment companies. It is amongst the largest producers of aggregators of Hindi programming in the world, with an extensive library Housing over 100,000 hours of television content.
