Suven Life Sciences, a bio-pharmaceutical and contract research and manufacturing company, will be receiving a royalty of $2-2.5 million from Taro for exclusive license and right to distribute and market Malathion lotion. This arrangement is effective until April 2028 unless otherwise terminated.

Suven Life Sciences has granted an exclusive license and right to distribute and market its Malathion Lotion in USA, Canada and Mexico to Taro Pharmaceuticals North America, a subsidiary of Taro Pharmaceutical Industries.

Suven Life Science is a biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing novel pharmaceutical products, which are first in class or best in class CNS therapies through the use of GPCR targets.
