CRISIL reaffirms ‘A1+’ rating to Sasken Communication’s short term bank facilities

Credit rating agency, CRISIL has reaffirmed A1+ rating to short term bank facilities worth Rs 62 crore of Sasken Communication Technologies.

The company has received the said rating reaffirmation on the back of the company’s healthy financial risk profile, marked by adequate liquid surpluses and a strong capital structure, and the group’s moderate operating capabilities.

Sasken offers end-to-end solutions for smart devices that comprises of BSP base porting, driver development, OS migration, application development and services such as customization, verification validation and certification and works closely with semiconductor vendors, OEMs and enterprise customers in areas of both Windows Phone and Windows Embedded software.
