According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 2708.25 crore in index futures and options segments as per Friday’s data, March 7, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1909.11 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 799.14 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 1106.33 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 2.63 crore.
