Sequent Scientific has received its board's approval to transfer Specialty Chemicals Division along with all related assets and liabilities of the Company by way of slump sale to any Company / Entity / or any other person. The said transfer is subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
The company will place the proposal before the members of the Company to obtain necessary approvals as per the provisions of Section 180 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013 through postal ballot. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2014 has approved for the same
