FIIs net sellers of Rs 190.09 crore in futures and options segments on December 14

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 190.09 crore in futures and options segments on Wednesday, December 14, 2011.

FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 310.75 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 127.14 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 23.11 crore and they bought stock options to the tune of Rs 16.63 crore.

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on December 14, 2011 is 35.24%.
