SRG Securities Finance has received an approval to invest in securities up to Rs 50 lakhs. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 15, 2014 has considered and approved for the same.
The board also approved to renew the existing CC limit and apply for additional limit. Besides, the board also gave power for finalizing new office building on rent.
SRG Securities Finance, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 was incorporated with an object to work in the field of finance. The company at present is working in the field of financing of Vehicles, construction and mining equipments and Business Loan etc.
