MT Educare has received an approval for sale of its Pre-university College Campus (PUC Campus) located in Mangalore, Karnataka. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 21, 2014 have approved for the same.
The above is however subject to approval of members of the company through Postal Ballot. The board also approved the budgets for financial year 2014-15.
MT Educare provides educational coaching services for classes 9 and 10 (state boards, CBSE and ICSE), classes 11 and 12, graduation (commerce), preparatory/entrance tests (engineering, medical and MBA) and professional courses such as chartered accountancy under the brand name ‘Mahesh Tutorials’.
