Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation (SPIC) has sold 2,58,11,207 equity shares of Rs10 each constituting 55.97% of SPEL Semiconductor, held by the company, to Natronix Semiconductor Technology at price of Rs 7.62 per share which has been completed on March 24, 2014.
