Orange Mauritius acquires 2% stake in Sonata Software

Orange Mauritius Investments picked up 1.99% stake in Sonata Software on December 15, 2011. It bought 2.1 million shares of the company at Rs 23.2 a share amounting to Rs 4.872 crore.

On the other hand, Bhupati Investments and Finance sold 1.99% stake in Sonata Software on the same day. It sold 2.1 million shares of the company at Rs 23.2 a share amounting to Rs 4.872 crore.
