According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 1052.86 crore in futures and options segments on Friday, December 16, 2011.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 611.15 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 1430.86 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 182.82 crore and they sold stock options to the tune of Rs 50.33 crore.
