Tata Communications is in talk with Vodacom Group, South Africa’s largest wireless carrier to sell local Web-access provider Neotel. An agreement has to be approved by Neotel’s lenders and board and the companies also need regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to complete in the first half. The transaction could be worth more than 5 billion rand ($473 million).
