Nova AgriTech (NATL) was established in 2007 as a research-based company engaged in soil health management. The company is a leading manufacturer of agricultural inputs, with a strong focus on soil health management, crop nutrition, and crop protection. It is driven by a commitment to technology-led innovation and ecological responsibility. With a robust R&D foundation, NATL develops sustainable and nutritionally balanced products that meet the evolving needs of farmers while upholding high environmental standards. The company’s well-equipped R&D facilities are supported by other departments through a responsive process that ensures the successful outcomes of research reach the farming community.
With a diversified product portfolio and multiple registrations across soil enhancers, crop nutrients, biopesticides, and crop protection solutions, NATL continues to support Indian agriculture’s shift toward productivity, sustainability, and self-reliance.
The company was incorporated as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on May 9, 2007 at Hyderabad, erstwhile Andhra Pradesh as ‘Nova Agritech Private Limited’. The company’s business was started by its founder Sambasivarao Yeluri and Kalyana Chakravarthy. Thereafter, pursuant to a special resolution passed by its shareholders on September 8, 2018, the company was converted to a public limited company and its name was changed to ‘Nova Agritech Limited’. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad (RoC) on September 24, 2018.
