  • 1991: Deep Industries Limited a total solution provider in oil and gas field
  • 1994: Awarded with the first air compression contract, and became first company in India to provide high pressure air compressor on charter hire basis.
  • 1997: Awarded with the first natural gas compression contract, and became first company in India to provide natural gas compressors on charter hire basis.
  • 2001: Built important alliances and the company joined hands with well-known and reputed company Valerus Compression Services and Hanover Asia Inc, to boost up and expand the compression business.
  • 2005: Achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification and registered with IADC to set up the benchmark for Indian companies in Oil & Gas Industry. Started the workover rig business and purchased 1 no of 100MT mobile rig.
  • 2006: Launched initial public offering and got listed on Indian stock exchanges.
  • 2007: Commissioned first ever rig contract under ONGC. Awarded service contract for the development of three Marginal Field Gas blocks by ONGC in the ‘Marginal Field Monetization Program’.
  • 2010: Achieved ISO 14001 & BS OHSAS 18001 and got equipped with well defined quality, health, safety and environmental policy as per International and Industrial safety norms. Started drilling rig business.
  • 2015: Became first company in India to get awarded with Gas Dehydration Plant on hiring basis in the ONGC Rajahmundry. Awarded with 2 Nos. of 1000 HP Drilling Rig Contract by ONGC for its Tripura & Ahmedabad Asset.
  • 2016: Commissioned 2 X1000HP Drilling Rig Contract. Initiated execution of integrated project management business.
  • 2018: Formation of subsidiary company namely Deep International DMCC, to carter the needs of oil and gas industry in foreign countries.
  • 2019: Started focusing and seeking the prospective to diversify the business with mud logging and mud engineering services.
  • 2020: The company has segregated the two business segments (i) Oil and Gas Filed Services and (ii) Oil and Gas Exploration and Production in two listed entities as per approved Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of demerger by NCLT, Ahmedabad.
  • 2020: Received approval of Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait as ‘Approved Contractor’ of KOC.
