Manufacturing Units
Company’s manufacturing units is located at Vadodara (Gujarat) and Bangalore (Karnataka).
Vadodara plant- This plant started its production of floor tiles in 1998. This units started production of Monoprossa Fired Wall Tile in the same year. Later in 2005, this unit started production of Double Fired Wall Tile (254 mm x 330 mm). In the same year it started production of Edge-cut (397 mm x 397 mm) Floor Tiles.
This unit also has in house research and development centre engaged in creating new designs, textures, colours and sizes of Wall Tiles keeping with the market trends. The present capacity of plant is around 17,000 sqm per day. It has an installed production capacity of 63.87 lakh square meters per annum of wall and floor tiles.
Bangalore plant- This plant started production in the year 1998. This plant only manufactures floor tiles with product size of 300 x 300 mm and 400 x 400 mm.
The installed production capacity of 82.13 lakhs square meters per annum of floor tiles.
Outlook
Bell Ceramics recently sponsored a sports event as a part of its marketing strategy. The company is taking various marketing initiatives in order to increase its presence in India.
