Elder Health Care, a part of the Elder group of companies was established in 1988. Elder Health Care is engaged in manufacture of a range of FMCG and Skin Care Products through research and development and also products through licensing agreements with Indian and International companies.

Elder Health Care is focused on FMCG and Skin care products. Elder Healthcareâ€™s consumer and skin care products has responded to this reality through a product basket comprising of strong brands with proven therapeutic capabilities. The product range comprises of OTC products in pain management, fairness segment (both men and women), oral care,lip care, burn categories, men's, womenâ€™s grooming etc and skin care products in therapeutic areas like skin nourishment, Acne, Dermatitis, Psoriasis, AloepeciaPrutitis, Mixed infections, Pigmentation disorders etc

Elder Health Care has a strong portfolio of brands - Fairone, Tiger,AMPM,Anthical, Eldercoid, Isoace among others â€“ that are having major market sharesin their respective segments.

Elder Health Care, which has itâ€™s headquarter in Mumbai, is supported by branch offices in Chennai, Kolkata and New Delhi. It has C&F agents in almost every state in the country. Its shares are listed on the Mumbai and National stock exchanges. It has a work force of approx 750 people.

Elder Health Care has manufacturing facilities in Patalganga and Rabale. All the Companyâ€™s plants conform to and follow the most stringent quality control standards recommended as per GMP guidelines.

Rabale -Rabale plant was taken over by Elder Health Care Ltd in the year 1995. This unit is specially designed to manufacture a small volume of Injectables & Eye Drops (Parenteral & Ophthalmic). The plant conforms to and follows the most stringent quality control standards recommended as per GMP guidelines.
Patalganga-This state of art plant was established in the year 1993. This plant is dedicated to the manufacture of external preparations viz Ointments, Lotions, Balms, Creams etc. To name a few , esteemed international in license products like Tiger Balm (Hawpar Singapore) & Burnaid (Rye Pharmaceuticals Australia) are manufactured in this plant. The plant is ISO 9001-2000 certified. The plant conforms to and follows the most stringent quality control standards recommended as per GMP guidelines.
Ponta Saheb- Elder completed the construction of the Ponta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh) facility during the year under review, which will be operational from 1st September 2008. It will cater to the growing demand for creams, lotions, ointments, Balms i.e. Tiger Balm, Tiger Muscle Rub etc. and personal care products. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment working towards getting globally recognized certification. The facility would cater to the growing needs of the domestic and developing markets

Product range of the company includes

AMPM Mouthwash-AMPM is developed by our R&D and is a highly value added product in oral hygiene segment in terms of its efficacy. It is one of its kinds of product to offer anti plaque and anti cavity properties along with 400% bacteria & germ kill promise. AMPM plus is for regular usage, whereas AMPM special is for smokers and tobacco chewers. AMPM mouthwash is available comes with a unique self dispensing cap. It has varied usage and was launched in the year 2002. Available in 150 / 300 ml.
FAIR ONE CREAM- Fairone is a natural fairness cream developed by the world renowned beauty expert Ms. Shahnaz Husain. Fairone was launched in the year 2004 and promises fairness in 15 days. The key ingredient in Fairone is Bearberry. Available in 50 / 25 / 7.5 gms.
FAIR ONE MAN -Fairone Man is the first fairness cream for men developed with complete natural ingredients by Shahnaz Husain. It was launched in late 2007 and has received overwhelming response in the market. Available in 50 / 25 / 7.5 gms.
FAIR ONE PLUS FIVE - Fairone Plus Five gives fairness with five benefits with Skin Toning and Tightening being its core benefit as it contains Chinai Ghas which gives life and nourishment to the skin. The other four benefits are UV Protection, Soothing & Cooling, Youth & Glow and Skin Nourishing. It was launched in early 2008. Available in 50 gms.
FAIR ONE SOAP - Fairone Soap is a skin lightening and exfoliating bar developed by the world renowned beauty expert Ms. Shahnaz Husain. It was launched in the year 2007 and promises fairness and exfoliation. The key ingredient is Walnut Scrub which moisturizes the skin, cleanses it and clears the dead cells through exfoliation. Available in 75 gms
RHYME SOAP -Rhyme soap is the first economy soap from the House of Elder which gives complete value for money. It was launched in early 2008 and is available in 2 variants (Rose & Almond) in a 40 gms SKU.
TIGER BALM -In the pain relief segment, the division markets 'Tiger Balm' range of products in India. Elder Pharmaceutical Ltd has tied up with Haw Par Singapore to market this product in India. The product is manufactured in India as per the quality parameters of Haw-Par-Healthcare Singapore. This brand is known world wide for its quality and effectiveness and is marketed in more than 100 countries. It is considered as a strong balm for pain relief. Available in 8 / 18 gms.
TIGER MUSCLE RUB- Tiger Muscle Rub is an analgesic with natural active ingredients. Formulated for active people it provides relief from backache, muscular aches, joint pains, sprains and strains without side effects.
