About Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd

Reliance Broadcast Network , earlier known as Reliance Media World is an India-based company. The company operates a radio station Big 92.7 frequency modulation (FM). It runs 45 radio stations. In August 2009, the company was demerged from Reliance MediaWorks. Reliance Media World was originally incorporated as Reliance Unicom on December 27, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 with CIN U64200MH2005PLC158355.

  • October 6, 2006 - Change of object clause by replacement of Main Objects of the company to undertake Radio Business.
  • October 6, 2006 - Change of name Form Reliance Unicom to Big Radio. 
  • April 25, 2007 - Equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each fully paid up was divided into equity share of Rs. 5 each fully paid up.
