Vertex Spinning company was incorporated on September 12, 1994, as a private limited company named Vertex Machineries Pvt. Limited vide Certificate number 10-08605. Subsequently the status of the company changed to widely held public limited company. The name of the company was again changed to Vertex Technosoft Limited and now the xompany is known as Vertex Spinning Limited with its registered office in Mumbai.

The company has been promoted by Sachin Sharma, Gautam Jha , Pankaj Vaidya  and Mandar Viyala . The promoters are associated with textile industry since last several years. The promoters have well established business and high reputation. They are assisted by well qualified and experienced professionals.

The company has a project at Pithampur, Madhay Pradesh, with a capacity of to produce 6000 Mt. of Acrylic Yarn per year and manufacturing capacity of 4000 to 5000 Acrylic Mink Blankets per day in various sizes. The products of the company have been widely accepted in the domestic and overseas market. The company is one of the largest manufacturers of acrylic mink blankets among the South-East Asian countries.

Vertex Spinning Limited is setting up an integrated textile park in Dhule, Maharashtra. Dhule is an important place in Maharashtra industrial scenario various industries in the small scale sector. Knitwear, hosiery, weaving have been growing at the rate of 10% over the past few year.

Vertex spinning ltd has opened, Division of Integrated Textile Park and has acquired 400 acres land (1600000 sq meters) for 99 years in Nardhana industrial area Dist Dhule from MIDC. The project aimed Developing Dhule as a major cotton export city and to create employment for Rural Area on big scale as many as 10000 jobs or more. Company had chosen Dhule as one of the Cotton Producing District in the Maharashtra and there will be no shortage of the Raw material.

The company is already developing one 160,000 Spindles mills on the same Textile Park and production of phase-I of 80,000 Spindles start in April 2007. Vertex Textile Park will boost because Developed country have fastly vacated the primary textile and clothing manufacturing activities.

Vertex will spent Rs 120.46 crore on infrastructure including grant from the Ministry of Textile Rs 40.00 crore. Vertex and its Member of Integrated Textile Park Rs 23.77 crore, Bank Rs. 46.69 crore and Institution Rs 10.00 crore Vertex Spinning will earned by the Integrated Textile Park activities in the 1st year Rs 13.36 crore.
