Elgi Equipments informs about appointment of chief financial officer

Elgi Equipments has informed that the Board in its meeting held today took note of the relinquishment of Jayakanthan R, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from March 18, 2024, and that he will continue to serve on the rolls of the Company in the position of Senior Managerial Personnel until May 31, 2024, on which date he will superannuate from the Company. The Board had found a successor for the position of Chief Financial Officer and in its meeting held today appointed Indranil Sen as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from March 18, 2024. Vijayakumar (Promoter), Rajsri Vijayakumar (Promoter Group), L.G.B. Auto Products (Promoter Group) and L.G. Sports (Promoter Group) (the Allottees) in dematerialized form, on preferential basis upon the receipt of the minimum subscription amount equivalent to 25% (twenty five percent) of the Warrants Issue Price. The Warrants allotted, as above, be convertible or exercised at the option of the Allottee(s), in one or more tranches, during the period not exceeding the period of 18 (Eighteen) months commencing from the date of allotment of the Warrants upon the receipt of the balance payment of an amount equivalent to 75% (seventy five percent) of the Warrants Issue Price at the time of exercise of the right attached to the Warrant(s), to convert or exercise the Warrant(s) and subscribe to Equity Shares of the Company (Warrant Exercise Amount).
