Winsome Textile Industries has closed down Winsome Textile Industries FZE, a wholly subsidiary of the company, at United Arab Emirates (UAE). The board of directors at its meeting held on March 10, 2014 had approved for the same.
The company will comply the necessary formalities with regard to consolidation of its Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 and others requisite formalities in this regard.
Winsome Textile Industries’ principal activity is to manufacture yarn. It manufactures cotton yarn containing 85% or more cotton, containing less than 85% cotton, synthetic staple fibre yarn containing 85% or more of acrylic.
