The company has bought 91,36,894 equity shares of NDTV from the investment arms of Merrill Lynch and Nomura Capital. While Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Espana sold 5,106,518 shares of NDTV, Nomura Mauritius sold 4,030,376 shares, according to information made available to the exchange.
