Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2014, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014, to recommend the Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-14; and to fix the dates of book closure for the purposes of payment of Final Dividend, etc. Further, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with DCB (Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities) Regulations, 2002, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 06, 2014 till May 17, 2014. The Trading window shall re-open on May 19, 2014.
