Financial Technologies (India) has repaid the entire outstanding amount of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) and premium thereon by making payment of $133.16 million on the due date i.e. December 21, 2011. Earlier in December 2006, the company had raised $100 million and in accordance with the terms of FCCBs, it has redeemed the entire amount and premium.
