Century Textiles & Industries has temporarily shut its manufacturing operations at Pulp & Paper division of the company situate at Lalkua, Dist. Nainital, inUttarakhand effective from December 23, 2011.

The company has shut the same in order to comply with certain pollution control requirements and other technical reasons. Efforts are being made to resume operations earliest possible.

Century Textiles & Industries has wide portfolio that manufactures yarn, denim, viscose filament rayon yarn, tyrecords, caustic soda, sulfuric acid, salt, cement and pulp & paper.
